LWML Iowa East District is sending a short-term mission team to Belize with MOST Ministries! There are 13 participants preparing for this trip. The trip is November 15-22, 2025 for those going, but YOU can help them prepare, and help the people in Belize from home or in your groups!

The LWML IED Eyeglass Mission Team met in person on Oct. 4th to pack supplies and lean how to conduct an eyeglass clinic. Ladies and Group from across Iowa East District responded with gusto to appeal for new sunglasses and fabric eyeglass cases! Thank you! We received all the needed supplies for the trip PULS a surplus of donations to send to MOST Ministries for use on future trips. To God be the Glory! Please keep the team in your prayers during their time in Belize Nov. 15-22.
MOST Ministries provides short-term mission opportunities aimed at encouraging participants of all ages and backgrounds to share Christ’s love by addressing physical and spiritual needs. Team members will be using a very simple testing system created specifically for MOST Ministries to distribute eyeglasses to those in need. During the daily clinics, team members will test vision, fit and distribute eyeglasses all while sharing the gospel through words and actions. Depending on the number of team members, 100-300 people can be served daily. Teams may be multi-generational, comprised of members aged 12 – 90.
